Registering and ordering in the website

First step to complete access and ordering is to create a user profile. The information that is needed to enter to create a profile contains

All of your inserted orders will be accepted like this.

1. after confirming the shopping cart all of your orders and the details will be checked with you.

2. when you confirm your shopping cart, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you.this does not mean the final confirmation of your order.

3. If the product is inserted in your shopping cart or the favorites list, there is a chance that they could be finished before the admins final confirmation.

4. In order to cancel or change the way of sending or your address after the final confirmation of the bill and paying for it, you should contact the backup section or else any ongoing cost is on the client.

Conditions of not accepting or rejecting the order

We may not accept a part or all your order in these cases:

1. One or some of the products in your order are not available.

2. We are not able to process your payment or your payment bill is not valid.

3. There is not the possibility of sending to the destination because of the limitations and sanction.

4. You do not have the standards to record order or to buy or you don't obey our terms.

We try so that the pricing is done correctly in the website but there is a possibility of error in it. Our clients backup team will contact you if there's an error in the price of your product. You will be able to confirm your order with new prices or cancel it.

Pay attention there is a possibility of change in products prices or cancelling recommendations and promotions in the website or that the recommendation be only available online.

The value-added tax won't be added for you in the website or while paying. The tax price will be calculated based on the rules and the products drop-off time on the way that is on the client. There also might be tax rules or extra costs like toll added to your product based on the destination country.

We have no control over these prices and can not consult you about the amount of them. You will be in charge for any toll and import tax.

If you decide to cancel or return products that you have bought in promotions the products price will be returned with the price that you have paid. Sending or returning costs is on the customer. Please read refund conditions in the " frequently asked questions” section. There is a possibility of %10 contradiction of the rug products color with the product. Colors are not thoroughly shown in some monitors or platforms. We do our best to show products correctly and without contradiction. This color contrast is unavoidable and in case of contradiction up to %10 and demand for refund the cost is on the costumer.

In case of sending a defective or wrong product the product's refund is on Vintage shop and in case of having it, the intended product will be sent again for you.

If the product is not available you can order for a similar product from the website or have a refund.

Cancelling the order

You can cancel or change your order at any stage of buying online, before entering your final bill. Please read the frequently asked questions section for returning or changing the product.

Products refund

There is the possibility of returning the product until 24 hours after receiving the product (in Iran). After receiving the product and confirming its health, you should send it to showroom or Vintage storage in its original condition (packed with its box) and without any defect. In case of defeat, dirtiness, corruption or losing products ID, it is not possible to return it.
